David Tate, owner of Intermountain Safety Solutions, is an independent safety consultant with a diverse safety back ground. Dave received a degree in Health from Weber State, Former Fire Captain / Medic, worked in the plumbing trade in construction, currently an approved OSHA, MSHA Instructor, Aviation Emergency Preparedness’ Flight Instructor and American Heart Association Instructor. Dave also has also continued in his personal learning with numerous certifications and training. Along with over 20 years of field safety experience as well as providing Safety and Health education and training in the classroom. Dave has worked and currently working with many different companies in their development of their safety program as well as their on-going safety management development as well as providing Safety and Health Training.
